FRESH EUPHRASIA: This pretty little plant takes its name from one of the three graces, Euphrosyne, although it was not until the Middle Ages that it came to be known as Eyebright. Collected in late summer, the aerial parts are used to create this food supplement.
HOW TO TAKE: For oral use only. Adults to take 20 drops in a little water twice a day. Children age 2- 12 years to take 1 drop per year of age 2 or 3 times daily in a little water.
