Italian made electronic side cutters from Piergiacomi. A high quality tool for the price. It has a nice feel in the hand with the rubberised handles. Also not so easily lost in the workshop with the bright orange handles. We use these side snips in our own electronic repair workshop. They are used day in and day out snipping component legs such as capacitors and the snips give a clean flush cut.
