How to connect the tracker with your smartphone
1. Install the app "Lifesense", and register an account;
2. Enter the "Me" interface to add the device. Click "Add New Device" to add it.
3. Use the mobile device to scan the QR code which is located on the package.

Start Running Function Automatically
It can automatically identify and start running function within 5 minutes when you are running. You can also manually start the running function by long pressing the screen touch button.

Simply open the "Move Reminder" in the app, this smart bracelet will vibrate to remind you to move if you stay at your seat for a long time.
