Edible icing Cake Toppers. The toppers measure 4cm x 24 Round. Wafer Paper is slightly transparent therefore colours will not be as vivid, where the icing will give a much clear picture but is slightly more expensive. Icing: For icing Simply remove the plastic backing and cut with scissors. 100% completely edible made from 100% EC approved materials INGREDIENTS Starch, Maltodextrin, Glycerol, Sugar, Stabilizers E460i/E414, Dextrose, Emulsifiers E435/E491/E471, Food Color E171, Flavours, Preservative E202, Sucralose, Citric Acid Decor Paper PLUS is Kosher and suitable for Vegetarians Wafer:Wafer card/paper should not be used on whipped cream or butter cream toppings (although it does seam ok to use on buttercream if applied as the last minute ie standing toppers). Best results are obtained when applied to white icing or marzipan. Dry cake surfaces should be very lightly brushed with water before Wafer Paper is positioned on the cake.
