The ResultSport Anti-Burst Gym Ball is a 250kg anti-burst resistant exercise tool. It comes complete with a Dual-Action 11" Handy Pump and instruction DVD (all regions).
Gym balls, often referred to as Swiss balls are great for training areas of the whole body including the abdominals, chest, back, legs, and shoulders as there are so many exercises you can do with them such as crunches, press-ups and squats. They are also a great way to improve flexibility, posture and balance.
Gym Balls are often used for physical therapy, athletic training, general exercise and improving core stability and can be used in many places such as at home, in a Pilate¡¦s session, in a circuit¡¦s sessio"nd even in the office as a chair as they constantly engage the abdominal and back muscles.
