The primary function of the intake manifold is to distribute the inlet air or air / fuel mixture to each of the cylinders evenly so that the engine can run properly and the vehicle can move.
If the intake manifold is damaged, air leakage will occur, and the gas pressure will decrease, resulting in weakened intake capacity, reduced engine power, insufficient intake air, etc., and will also cause increased carbon deposition. There will be a sound when the intake manifold leaks, the car will shake, the idling speed is unstable, the acceleration is weak and the flame is easily turned off, and serious cracking will cause the car to fail to start.
