The VCC 1212-30 is B2B charging booster without galvanic insulation for charging 12V batteries from a 12V light machine/battery --- max. Charging current: 30 A, input voltage range 12 V, charges 12 V, recommended battery capacity: 60 260 Ah, dimensions: 146 x 67 x 40 mm, weight: 0, 28 kg, increases or decreases the voltage to the required level to accurately charge the on-board battery with the optimal charging curve for you.
The device compensates for cable losses and voltage fluctuations of the alternator, such as those found in Euro 6 vehicles (intelligent alternators) to a significant extent - distinguished by its compact design, low weight (high-frequency switch mode technology) and strong dimensioned power components for safe operation --- Significantly better energy balance of the on-board battery --- No interference in the starter circuit.
Supported 12 V consumers are protected against overvoltage and voltage fluctuations. The charging voltage is free of peaks and regulated so that the batteries are not overcharged. Fully automatic operation: the device is constantly connected to the batteries and is automatically activated by the running alternator of the vehicle. When the motor is standing, the batteries are not discharged --- Connection for battery temperature sensor (sensor included in box contents).
When used at the same time, the battery is further charged or preserved. The adjustment of the charging times calculates and monitors the device automatically; monitor-free charging: multiple protection against overload, overheating, overvoltage, short circuit, misconduct and battery back-discharge through electronic deflection to complete separation of the device and battery --- problem-free parallel operation with other charging sources on one battery.
For lead batteries, the charging voltage is automatically adjusted to the battery temperature. This causes a better full charge of the weaker battery in cold conditions, avoiding unnecessary battery gasing LiFePO4 batteries: battery protection at high and adjusted charge at low temperatures below 0 °C. Charging aid for deep-discharged lead batteries: gentle pre-charge the battery up to 8 V
