The battery may recognize 12V old battery for 6V Charging mode, which means battery voltage is very low and cannot select 12V NORM mode to charge the battery directly. Please use the 12V REPAIR mode to recover your battery first. When pressing MODE button, the charger shows 6V modes for your 12V battery, please long press MODE button for 3 seconds to enter 12V REPAIR mode.
