How to use :
Step1: Wash your hands and the bottle
Step2: Place the nasal rinse salt and 37 degrees of water into the bottle . Close the cap and shake the bottle
Step3: Standing in front of a sink, bend forward to your comfort level, tilt your head down. Keeping your mouth open and without holding your breath, place nozzle snugly against your right nostril. Press the valve on the bottom of the bottle, the liquid will flow out . Release the valve and stop the water . No need to squeeze the bottle
Step4: Now repeat step 3 for your left nostril.
