How do I fit the dental guard
The adjustment is carried out in two simple steps described in detail in the manual:
• Heat the water bath to a suitable temperature - you can measure the temperature using the enclosed thermometer. Then place the dental splint for 3 minutes in the water and then take it out.
• Place SanaBrux on the upper arch and press firmly. Hold the dental guard with one hand. With the other one you insert the bite plate into the mouth. Bite firmly and, with the help of your fingers, press against the lips and cheeks - this allows for the optimal dental impression. Leave the dental guard in your mouth for 2 minutes - and that's it!
