Packaging:
All of our printheads are protected in an individual plastic bag. Before being sealed, printheads were tested in a live printer to ensure crisp text and true color reproduction. You can choose it without any hesitation.
Use Instruction:
1. Remove orange cover and ink tape, install into printer.
2. Do NOT use finger to touch the chip.
Use Warm Prompt:
1. Before installing the new printheads, please make sure printer works properly. Otherwise the mainboard may burn it which causing the printer refusing to print.
2. The printheads must use with suitable ink cartridges, dye ink and pigment ink can not be used mixedly.
3. Please clean the printheads everytime when you change 940/940XL ink cartridges in order to keep your printer running smoothly.
Notice:
1. Please confirm PRINTER MODEL before order.
2. If printer appears "Non-Genuine" or "Align Fail" or other error message, please click "YES" or "OK" or "NEXT" to continue, then printer can print.
3. If the printer can't recognize printheads, please take off printheads, use eraser to clean the chips softly, install back and restart printer. (We advise you wearing gloves and prevent extra ink)
4. If prints come with fading color, steak or broken lines at the first time you install new ink cartridges, please try to do Printer Head Cleaning once or twice. (Cleaning is in PRINTER SETTING)
Storage:
1. Place the printheads in room temperature environment(Operating temperature range 15 to 35°C), avoid the sun, strong light and heat source.
