The fi-7140 has an LCD screen to display various information (scanning profile choice, maintenance operation, etc.). The scanner provides excellent paper handling, using independent driving rollers for better alignment of documents during scanning (Mechanical Deskew). The scanner's iSOP (Intelligent Sonic Paper Protection) acoustic system detects stapled or non-aligned documents and thus prevents damage and paper jams.
