HomeWizard communicates with frequently used devices, such as wireless switches, receivers, dimmers (including Intertechno, Somfy RTS, Elro, HomeEasy), weather stations / weather sensors (TFA, Irox, Ventus, Cresta, Smartwares), energy meters (Wattcher) etc.
In addition to the support for 433 MHz and 868 MHz, the HomeWizard also supports the IP protocol and can therefore control IP cameras or IP-controlled devices (vacuum cleaning robot).
HomeWizard includes a built-in WLAN module, so that the system can be easily connected to the home network and links to your smartphone and laptop or tablet. HomeWizard therefore serves as a link between a Smartphone and compatible components.

Using the free app (for Android / IOS/ WebApp), it is possible to control the full lighting in the house, to regulate the blinds/ shutters, to receive push notifications when activating a motion detector(with screenshot of a camera), or to receive SMS notifications, as well as to log energy consumption int he house and to regulate the temperature.
With HomeWizard, circuits can be grouped and brought into a so called "scene"
