How to Compatible with Alexa:
Step 1. Register an account on 'TuyaSmart'app > Connect the smart plug to 'TuyaSmart' app > Named the smart plug.
Step 2. Open your Alexa App > connect your Alexa device to your phone.
Step 3. Enable the 'TuyaSmart' skill on Alexa app > Enter your 'TuyaSmart' account and password > Tap on "Link Now"
Step 4. Discover the device on Alexa app, then you can voice control the smart plug via Alexa device.
Note:
*Press the button about five seconds on the Smart Socket if you want to reset it.
*The smart plug wifi name and password setting only support alphanumeric characters or underscores.
*Please check that your phone is connected to 2.4GHz wifi before connecting your phone to your wifi router. If your wifi router is Dual-band router, please select the 2.4Ghz network on phone to add it.
*DO not work with BT home hub
Select the wifi band to 2.4ghz >enter the 'TuyaSmart' app> long press the power button about 5 seconds TWICE TIME, the indicator of the smart plug will flash slowly> Add the device in AP mode while flashing slowly.
