EkoFuel is a premium quality bioethanol fuel, specifically designed for use in bioethanol fireplaces. It is suitable to be used with both indoor and outdoor bioethanol fires. EkoFuel is clean burning, smokeless, odourless and ash free. EkoFuel is 99% bioethanol with 1% denaturants. Our bioethanol fuel is produced from the bi-products of growing sugar beet. The natural sugars are fermented and then distilled to produce pure ethanol. Not only does ethanol burn very cleanly, but the CO2 released when burning the fuel is equal to the amount of CO2 absorbed by the plants during growth and production.
