1.Please ensure your camera connect to a compatible NVR, this camera is 5MP, your NVR should support 5MP resolution or above resolution input.if not , please modify your camera resolution to 1080P from the web interface.
2.this camera supports H.264 and H.265, Please ensure that your NVR and camera are the same main and sub stream.If the camera default is H.265 and you are using H.264 NVR, you need to enter into the web interface of the camera, switch the main and sub stream from H.265 to H.264.
