Make sure you have downloaded and installed the "cleverdog" APP at the Google play or Apple store.
Press wifi button of the camera and hold it for 3 seconds, then wait it turn to flashing blue, then go back to APP.
If you are Android phone, click icon '+' at the home page, choose 'camera', wifi light is blinking blue, then you will see the page of wifi set where need you to check wifi name and enter passwords.
If you are IOS phone, click '+', choose 'camera', wifi light is blinking blue, go to the page of the phone's 'settings', choose 'WiFi', connect with the net DOG-0*****, enter password , then back to the APP, click 'next', and then you will see the page of wifi set where need you to check wifi name and enter passwords, pls differ the big and small letters, no offense, but if we enter wrong letters the camera will show 'connecting' for a long time, and fail to connect at last.
After these steps, the camera should work . if not, pls restart the camera and router, try again, and pay attention to the statement of the wifi light, tell me the details, these would help me know what problem it is.
