Remarks: Many people will ask why switch between CDAF and PDAF. When lens use with CDAF mode with good contrast, you can get focus point across the frame. However, for older lens model, focus speed will be slow or not even focus. PDAF is the fastest way to focus for both AF-S and AF-C. The focus area is limited depends on camera model.
