How to use:
1. Plug this product into your TV's USB port or power bank to provide power for it.
2. Connect the product to the TV with audio cable (Note: 3.5MM audio output port or RCA audio ouput port).
3. Turn on your Bluetooth speaker and enter the pairing mode (you need to turn off other device Bluetooth feature fristly).
4. Press the pairing key, the light flashes fast, and it will automatically search nearby bluetooth receiver to pair.
5. If pairing successfully, the blue light off, wait a minute after the completion of the pairing, play the music or video on computer. Sound will be transmitted to your Bluetooth headset or speakers (if pairing failed, you can turn off and try several times).

The Bluetooth transmitter is not receiver. it can't be paired with the cellphone or ipad(The smart phone or iPad is not speaker).
