Take the High Voltage (5 V) and low voltage (3.3 V) e.g. - 5 V to HV pin - 3.3 V - combines LV pin - Polarity to GND pin

Please note - When the power supply is in the high and low voltage as electrical earthing, can be used the GND on the module but can be wiped clean with a mass. - The module can not be used as a voltage regulator or transformer. It can only be used for the communication with low power between the I/O Port level
