Any picture or video files to be read and imported should meet below 3 requirements:
1.Folder "DCIM" is at the root of your SD card (or micro SD).
2. picture or video files are in the DCIM folder.
3. picture or video files names are in formats: "4 characters+4 numeric characters", like "IMG_0001.JPG", "GOPR0017.MOV"
How To Use:
1) Turn on your Phone / Pad and connect the adapter to the port
2) Turn on your camera and connect it to the adapter using the USB cable that come with your camera
3) Which lets you choose which your lovely photos and videos from your camera that you want to import
4) Please re-plug (Completely unplug the adapter, try again to reconnect the adapter, USB cable ) it when the device shows "this device is not supported". You need to fully "insert" the kit
