Q1. What sim card is needed
A: You need to insert a 2G GSM micro SIM card with data and voice plan, you need to put a credit on the SIM.(SIM card size: 1.5*1.2cm)Watch can use 2G network data ONLY!
Q2. What are the steps to set the watch up
A: 1.Insert the card correctly (the chip side of the sim should be face to the watch. you need to switch off before you insert the sim, then switch on after you insert the sim).
2.Download the 'SeTracker' or 'SeTracker2' app by scanning the QR code on the manual.
3.Register by scanning the registration ID on the back of the watch.
4. choose the right region when login the App.
Q3. How to solve 'device offline' problem
A: 1.Check whether there are signal bars and 'arrow' symbol on the watch.
2.If there is no signal bars, please check whether the SIM was inserted correctly, and go to a good signal place and check it.
3.If there is no 'arrow' symbol, Please get APN, MCC, MNC information from your carrier, and contact us, we will set right network for you, then it will work correctly.
Or you can use your phone to send the messages to the sim NO. in the watch:
pw, 123456, apn, (APN), (USERNAME), (PASSWORD), (MCC)(MNC)
e.g.APN=giffgaff.com, username=blank, password=blank, MCC=234, MNC=10, then you need to send the following message :
