100% NATURAL FERMENTATION - unlike most tequilas, we dont add yeast during the fermentation process. Instead, airborne yeasts from our surrounding fruit trees enter the tanks and convert the sugars into alcohol naturally.
CINNAMON AND VANILLA NOTES - the natural fermentation and 2 month ageing process give the liquid a rich warmth with smooth agave shining through; fragrant and seasonal.
PERFECT IN COCKTAILS LIKE A TOMMYS MARGARITA - Simply add 50ml el Jimador Reposado, 25ml fresh lime juice and 20ml agave, shake and strain into a glass and garnish with a lime wheel and a salt on half of the glass.
