Our goats milk kefir is made with a base of fresh pasteurised goats milk, and fermented with living kefir "grains' in the traditional style. This produces a kefir that is superior to kefirs which are made with powdered sachet starters.
Our kefir is superior to "supermarket kefir" because it is live, unpasteurised, and continues to ferment inside the bottle, producing increasing numbers of live cultures over time. It is pure and unflavoured, without any harmful sweeteners, chemicals or additives.
All kefir is not created equal! Our kefir grains have been tested by Aberystwyth University, and are the real secret to our success. We are proud to be the first and the largest producer of live goats milk kefir in the UK, with over 100,000 happy customers.
One course of kefir includes 4 bottles, each containing 900 ml of our live, active goats milk kefir.
Our kefir is strong! We suggest that you start slowly, 1 TBSP per day, and gradually work up to the suggested serving size of 170ml per day. At 170ml per day your box of kefir will last you 3 weeks.
Our kefir comes with a 30 day best before date. This is purely for taste purposes - kefir isn't like other dairy products
