Contents: 50ml of a 1:5 Lobelia Herbal Tincture extracted in alcohol. 60% by volume. To take our herbal tinctures shake bottle. Fill dropper to second mark on the pipette (0.5ml). Put measure of liquid into mouth and keep in mouth for at least 1 minute. Alternatively put measure into a small amount of water, then put into mouth for at least 1 minute before swallowing. Dosages are ideally not taken with food i.e. in between meals or at least 15 minutes before food. This enables the therapeutic ingredients to absorbed into the blood vessels of the mouth, and thus go directly into the blood stream. Liquid herbs are also best taken 3 times a day.
