LED Indicator of Battery Fan Introductions :
Red Light: Charging status
Red light goes off: Fully charged status
Blue light: Using fan status

If using cable and the battery is also inside the fan , the red and blue lights will stay lit together.
If using cable, but the battery is not in the fan, red light will flash, the blue light will always lit.
