Its rollers are made with a subtly rough surface that will make the pasta porous to enhance its taste and easily bind with sauces.
CAPELLINI ATTACHMENT: Capellini is a pasta format with square sides measuring 1mm. The recommended dough thickness is at positions 8 or 9 on the regulator of the Atlas 150 pasta machine. You can use it manually with the provided crank or with the Pastadrive motor.
MADE OF STEEL AND ALUMINUM: This accessory is made of high-quality chrome-plated steel. The materials used are designed to be non-toxic and safe for health, even after numerous uses.
