Blend It - buy your healthy, fresh ingredients and make a batch of delicious, nutritious, smoothies / yoghurts etc 2. Fill It - pour your smoothies directly into your Nutri Fill-It pouches, seal the bottom with the 'anti-leak' Double Zip Lock and store in the fridge or freezer. Grab a pouch and go (an added bonus is your pouch acts as an ice pack keeping other lunch / snack items cool)! 3. Reuse It - after you have enjoyed your nutritious treat simply rinse out your pouch or place it in the dishwasher (top shelf open over 2 prongs) ready for the next use.
