1, If melting temperature does not reach the values, the fillament may not be able to be put in or discharged. Do not pull out or cut off fillament if it gets stuck. It can be put in or taken out smoothly when it reaches the melting point

Matters Need Attention
1, Print pen shall be powered by domestic electricity with adapter. PC port or other USB port may lead to the lack of current or voltage, which will cause the pen fail to work
2, Connect the pen with adapter firmly, or it may cause bad contact, which may lead to current or voltage shortage
3, Once you press any key under auto material input mode, the pen will enter suspension state. However, the motor will rotate reversely and drag 2cm filament out of the pen, the whole process will last for around 4 seconds. Besides, if the pen stays unworking for over 2 minutes, procedure will stop heating the pen up. That's why it takes a little bit long to suspend the pen
4, The pen will start to work once you set the filament model, and the motor won't start to work until it reaches the default values. If the motor push the filament into the pen before temperature reaches its preset values, the filament cannot be melted, which may lead to burned motor or pen damage. So please check if the temperature reaches the default or preset values before feed filament. And you'll fail to push filament into the pen prior to proper temperature, which is the protection mode of this pen
5, Before filament feeding, please check whether the filament tip is flat. If the tip is pointed, the filament may get blocked or stuck, which will burn the motor
6, Filament and mode shall be compatible! For example
