Step 1: Sign into Amazon. Find your order in "Your Account", and then click "Contact Seller";
Step 2: Select "Product Customisation" from the drop down box and click "Write message";
Step 3: Please put your personalisation details in the box and "Send e-mail".
- The mugs can be made with any names or words, e.g. FRONT: Any Name, BACK: Any Message. Or without any personalised information, but please let us know!
- If you have any questions or need some help please don't hesitate to ask us! In the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us through Amazon message before leaving feedback, so that the issue can be resolved to your satisfaction.
