COMPLETE RESISTANCE SET: Sculpt, tone, and strengthen your muscles with a set of Resistance Tubes from Core Balance. The set includes 5 resistance tubes, 4 non-slip handles, 2 ankle straps, a door anchor, and a travel bag. An instruction booklet is also included with guidance on how to use the straps and exercises you can do to target every muscle group.
COMBINED RESISTANCE OF 68.2KG (150lbs): The set includes a 10lb, 20lb, 30lb, 40lb and 50lb resistance tube (4.6kg, 9.1kg, 13.6kg, 18.2kg or 22.7kg) to challenge your muscles and build your strength and power. As well as using the resistance tubes individually, you can combine them together to increase the level of resistance and push your muscles further.
NATURAL LATEX WITH CARABINER CLIPS: The resistance tubes are made from natural latex for superior strength and elasticity. Each tube is fitted with extra-large 6cm metal carabiner clips to easily attach the handles. As well as being extremely durable, their large size allows the handles to move more freely during dynamic movements to enhance your workout.
COMFORTABLE NON-SLIP HANDLES: The set includes two pairs of handles, so you dont have to share the same handles if youre working out with a partner. The extra pair also allows you to superset exercises by rapidly moving from one resistance tube to another. Each handle is foam-cushioned for a firm, comfortable grip and has a D-ring buckle to easily attach the clips.
ANKLE STRAPS & DOOR ANCHOR: A pair of ankle straps are also included with the set. The ankle straps allow you to anchor one end of a resistance tube to your foot, so you can practise bicep curls, deadlifts
