The Cross M Cross Trainer from Kettler is ideal for the beginner who just needs to jump on and start straight away without having to waste time inputting information. It's a simple, well built machine that will start as soon as you start moving.
The Cross M features an 8 stage manual adjustment system that allows you to quickly change the resistance with the conveniently positioned red tension dial. A basic readout display of all your workout feedback is presented clearly at all times so that you can monitor the progression of your workout with ease.
Kettler don't operate in half measures and the Cross M is no exception, the huge 12kg flywheel coupled with a 16" stride and pendulum ball-bearings in the disk joints give it a seamless fluid motion for a silent smooth operation. The fitness recovery test can become very addictive too, it will monitor your fitness levels every time you use the machine and will give you a fitness rating / mark so that you can see how well you are developing as progression is key.
