The T330 includes a massive 12 built-in exercise programs and 3 manual programs, giving a total of 15 different workouts. The manual workout programs can be custom-designed by the user and stored in the treadmills memory to create a truly unique training program to suit your specific workout requirements. The pre-set exercise programs alternate between high and low intensity exercise giving you the flexibility to plan your workouts.
