1-- it requires a GSM SIM card with 2g network . in UK we recommendgiffgaff ; tesco ;EE
2-- after the card is properly installed, pls do use our sim card adapter. you can call the device or send a text message G123456 . You will receive a reply with Google Link.
3--- download the app (TKSTAR GPS) and log in.
4-- If you have more than one tracker , you want to check them under 1 account .All you need to do is contact us and let us know the ID of tracker. We will create an account for you.
2How long does it take to fully charge
about 2 hours, the red light will go out after full charge.
3Why app saying Not enabled
1, please confirm your SIM card has canceled PIN code
2, please confirm that you have set APN in right way(the setting way, please refer as manual)
