First time using a menstrual cup
Here are a few tips for first time insertion:
1.Relax and take your time, if you are nervous and tense in your muscles, insertion will be more difficult. Find a comfortable position, you can try squatting, sitting or standing up.

finger to locate your cervix - feel for a round, raised circle. Knowing where your cervix
