STRONG EXTRACT: Health4All Boswellia Serrata capsules provides 2800mg of Boswellia (from 6:1 extract standardised to 65% boswellic acids) in each capsule. The daily dose of 2 capsules provides 5600mg boswellia resin equivalent - a bit below maximum studied daily dose (6000mg a day).
BOSWELLIA SERRATA sometimes called Indian frankincense, is a native tree of the Middle East and northern Africa. The resin from boswellia trees contains several natural compounds, among them the group of terpenoids: boswellic acids which are known for their strong anti-inflammatory properties.
SUGGESTED USE is two capsules daily - dosage supported by clinical trials to ensure effectiveness yet avoid adverse effects. Beneficial effects can be observed after only 1 week of supplementation. Boswellia is best taken with a meal.
