Driven by a desire to produce inspirational spirits, we have taken our Original Gin direct from the pot still, then pitched in lashings of fresh orange zest, cassia quills, nutmeg and clove buds.
After a month or twos infusion we are left with this decadent gin, bolstered with rich exotic spices.
