Hawkshead Black Garlic Ketchup is made by blending Black Garlic with Balsamic Vinegar, Onions and Spices to make a delicious ketchup, perfect on burgers and great to dip your chips in! - Add some spice and flavour to your meal and Embellish with Relish!
Umami is the key flavour of Black Garlic and is created through a long and slow cooking procedure over 6 weeks, with nothing added other than heat and moisture - The harsh heat of the garlic turns to sugar as it caramelises and becomes black and sticky.
From a small range of 2-3 products, we now have 100 imaginative and great tasting products that are still made by hand using traditional open pans and are free from Nuts, Gluten, Additives and Preservatives as well as all being suitable for Vegetarians.
Hawkshead Relish Company is a family business with a happy and contented workforce - We now produce over 100 products and have achieved over 60 Great Taste Awards, our range of relishes, preserves and chutneys are available all over the world!
