GOLDEN AGED RUM Tidal gets its rich golden smoothness from a careful blend of four cask-aged rums from Trinidad, Jamaica, Barbados, and the Dominican Republic, slowly aged in oak casks for up to three years. Our blend offers a full spectrum of flavour, from tropical fruits to salted toffee with a long-oaked finish, all enhanced by the earthy truffle-nature of oak-smoked pepper dulse seaweed foraged from the tides of Jersey.
TASTE OF THE TIDE Tidal Rums unique taste comes from an infusion of Pepper Dulse, a little-known wild seaweed prized for its intense marine truffle flavour that can only be gathered on Jerseys full moon tides. The result is a beautifully complex and refined craft rum balanced with deep truffle tasting notes. With its layers of subtle, smoky coastal flavours, our golden rum evokes memories of the ocean.
