Diatomaceous Earth (Feed Grade): Diatomaceous earth is a natural product created from the fossilised remnants of diatoms, microscopic aquatic creatures. Please don't be concerned; no Diatoms were harmed in the process. Diatoms are made up of a natural material called silica, which when combined with their microscopic size creates a particularly abrasive powder that is completely non-toxic and has a variety of helpful features, particularly as a natural, safe insect exterminator.
HIGH-QUALITY INGREDIENTS: You may also apply diatomaceous earth directly to your pets. Simply sprinkle and brush it all over your cats and dogs until it penetrates their scalp completely; however, if you wash your dog, you will need to reapply. The shampoo is another great application for diatomaceous earth. You may mix it in with your usual shampoo or sprinkle it in your hair and massage it into your scalp. Make sure you wash it off at the end of the day and rinse it well before reapplying.
