We make our Virgin Oak the traditional way, using 100% local, Scottish ingredients, our own water and our own electricity
Our whisky is aged in 100% American Oak casks before being transferred to brand new, straight from the cooperage virgin oak casks to finish for the last 9-12 months.
The result of this finish is a spicier, sweeter dram, with unexpected maturity for a younger whisky
